ReQO
Emergencies are often difficult because the first few minutes are confusing. When a bike or car breaks down on the roadside, the user may not know what the problem is, how to explain it to a mechanic, or where to find nearby help. If there is visible damage, the mechanic often gets very little information before reaching the location.
The same problem can happen at home. A sudden medical emergency at night can make it difficult to quickly arrange an ambulance or find the right support. In some situations, people may also need urgent blood support, while fire-related emergencies require quick access to the appropriate rescue service.
ResQo brings these situations into one web-based emergency assistance platform. For roadside problems, users can describe the issue and upload photos or a short video. Google Gemini analyzes the available information, identifies the incident type and visible symptoms, and generates a structured report that can be shared with a mechanic or roadside responder before arrival.
ResQo also provides spoken emergency guidance through ElevenLabs and helps connect the user with the appropriate responder while showing the request status. For medical emergencies, the platform can help initiate an ambulance request and connect users with available medical-support resources. Blood-support requests can be created based on blood group and location, while fire and rescue requests can be initiated for fire-related incidents.
Our main idea is to connect AI understanding with real-world action instead of creating another chatbot. ResQo turns an unstructured emergency into a structured response workflow — from understanding the situation and providing guidance to connecting the appropriate responder and tracking the request.
