MicroGov is an end-to-end municipal governance platform that converts unstructured citizen reports into prioritized, department-routed work orders. By combining multimodal computer vision, geospatial analysis, and a gamified reward ecosystem, MicroGov bridges the civic execution gap—eliminating fake ticket closures, suppressing duplicate reports, and accelerating urban infrastructure repairs.

• Multimodal Civic Reporting (Citizen Portal): Citizens upload photos and record quick voice notes in their local dialect. Gemini Vision and Whisper AI automatically classify the issue, extract GPS coordinates, and compute an initial severity rating without forcing users to navigate complex dropdown forms.

• Spatial-Visual Duplicate Suppression Engine: When a new report is filed, MicroGov scans open issues within a 50-meter geospatial radius and uses Gemini Vision to cross-reference images. Duplicate reports are automatically merged into a Master Complaint Thread, boosting its Priority Score rather than clogging department queues.
