In-Hand Health Care

In-Hand Health Care is an AI-powered healthcare platform designed to provide accessible, intelligent, and user-friendly health assistance. The system includes four main features: a Disease Recognizer that analyzes symptoms through text, voice, and images; Nearby Healthcare for locating healthcare facilities and doctors; a Medicine Finder for accessing reliable medicine information; and a Chatbot for conversational health support. The backend uses FastAPI and Python, with Chroma and medical knowledge from the Gale Encyclopedia supporting retrieval-augmented generation. OpenRouter-based LLMs provide conversational intelligence, while the platform focuses on delivering informative guidance and encouraging users to seek professional medical care when necessary.
