To address this problem we present CareerWave, a platform that bridges this gap. If you have a resume, upload it on the platform, it uses a LLM model to analyse and identify the skill gaps present in your resume and suggests you a learning path based on it. You can check your ATS score compared to a job role your working towards on the platform. If you don't have a resume, select the job role your working towards, your current capability and we will suggest a learning path based on it.
