PahadNet
Offline SOS Network for Mountains
The Mission: Floods and landslides in Himachal Pradesh often sever cellular connectivity, leaving disaster victims stranded without access to rescue coordination. PahadNet creates an autonomous, zero-internet offline SOS network using solar/battery-powered ESP32 nodes with captive portals and on-device Gemma AI triage to ensure every life-saving distress signal reaches the emergency operations centre.
